The conference was wonderful, inspiring, the Tea Booth was just top! BUT, what I retrospectively rate as the most beneficial about the 2019 conference: Sharing, at the time rather cautious and relatively shy, the real experience of working effectively in an online team. In a few short months, we have all benefited from these shared experiences! Thanks to sharing, we didn't have to dig through blind alleys because we already knew they were blind. In the uncertainty of a budding pandemic, we were able to focus on other issues. Thumbs up! It is precisely because of its breadth and informality that the conference can answer questions that we don't even know about at the time of the conference, or don't appreciate their importance.
